As an applied research center, the Center seeks to build and share knowledge to (1) inform and invigorate public policy; and (2) build and share knowledge on natural resource policy and governance.The Center works with faculty, consultants, and practitioners to conduct action-oriented research, and to gather, analyze, and transfer information and knowledge to citizens and leaders. To share our work, we produce practical guides, handbooks, and other publications, as well as scholarly articles and books. Our goal is to produce a mix of academic publications, policy reports, and citizen-friendly publications and newsletters.
